Lloyd holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver. He has worked for Amoco Oil Corporation as a project manager and project engineer, served as the CFO for Scott Contracting (a $75 million civil contractor), and, most recently, served as the CFO and Vice President of Finance for RK Mechanical (a $165 million Mechanical contracting/manufacturing firm). Lloyd’s background in engineering and experience in project management, project engineering, and finance/accounting for construction and manufacturing firms are invaluable as he manages GeoStabilization’s administration duties.
After the Kaikoura earthquake in November 2016, the steep coastal slopes north and south of the town were severely affected by rockfall, landslide, and debris flow issues.
